By purchasing or using AcroDNA, you accept these terms. If the dancer is under 18, the parent or legal guardian making the purchase confirms their authority and consents to the dancer’s information being processed as described below.
Membership and access
A student pays R59.99 once for permanent access to one selected level. Each additional level is purchased separately. Teacher Module 1 membership costs R1,499.99 for 12 months and must be renewed yearly; there is no automatic renewal. Payment does not create immediate access: AcroDNA Administration reviews and approves each submission, then sends a private one-time password link. Accounts and syllabus content may not be shared.
Privacy and children
We collect the name, surname, email address, studio name where applicable, selected level, skill progress, login records and payment status or reference needed to provide and protect the service. Yoco processes card payments; AcroDNA does not store complete card details. Essential service providers may process information only to operate payments, hosting, email and support. A parent or legal guardian must provide or approve information for a dancer under 18.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete information where the law permits, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis used, or raise a complaint. Email AcroDNA Administration at the address above. Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for membership, safety, payment, legal and record-keeping purposes.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices are shown before payment and Yoco provides the secure payment step. Where South African electronic-transaction cooling-off rights apply, you may cancel within seven days of concluding the agreement. This right may not apply if the service began with your consent before the seven-day period ended. Any refund legally due will be processed within 30 days. Duplicate charges, unavailable access or payment errors should be reported promptly by email.
Cookies and security
AcroDNA uses essential cookies to keep members signed in, protect private areas and remember the correct workspace. These are not advertising cookies. Keep your password and private activation link confidential, sign out on shared devices and notify AcroDNA Administration if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acro activity carries a risk of injury. The syllabus and progress tools are educational resources and do not replace suitable instruction, supervision, safe equipment or professional medical advice. Dancers should practise skills appropriate to their ability under the guidance of a qualified teacher or responsible adult.
